Overseerr lets you request movies and TV shows you’d like to watch. You can even request upcoming releases, and they’ll be downloaded automatically once they become available!
When you request a download, the magic happens behind the scenes! Please allow some time for the process to complete and for the files to be added. To be safe, I recommend waiting a few hours between making a request and seeing the media on Plex. However, it can often be much faster—sometimes just a few minutes! If you have any questions about when your media will be ready, feel free to sask me!
How to Request New Movies or TV Shows
- Click here, or go to requests.devon.wiki in your web browser
- Sign in using your Plex account.
- Search for and add anything that you would like to watch and submit a request
- Some older or more obscure media will take longer to download
- Once the download is complete, the media will automagically be added to my plex server for you to watch!
- I recommend waiting a few hours from request to being able to watch, but it can be much faster.
